      • Drivers will be able to log in using their email address to the web version or mobile app. The welcome email includes direct links to the iOS and Google Play Store app downloads. Drivers will login using their email address and a one-time code, just like your login to S.A.F.E.
      • New/reactivated drivers will be automatically granted access and issued a welcome email.
      • Once enabled, you will need to contact support using your safety email if you ever wish to disable this access.
    • Choose whether to enable S.A.F.E. Driver training
      • If enabled, all active drivers will receive a training assignment on the first of the month.
      • Once enabled, you will see your S.A.F.E. menu change and a “Training” dropdown will be added under the “Safety” tab.
      • From the Training page, you can view the available training and assign it directly to a single driver or your entire fleet.
      • Note: as the S.A.F.E. Training platform is activated, additional training courses will be enabled over the next two weeks.
    • Choose whether to enable S.A.F.E. DVIR Pre-Trip inspection form (Currently available as a Beta offering)
      • If enabled, drivers can complete their pre or post-trip vehicle inspections inside the app.
      • There is also a Connection Photos Inspection that can be used to verify coupling connections.
      • Once enabled, you will see your S.A.F.E. menu change and a “DVIR” dropdown will be added under the “Safety” tab.
      • From the DVIR page, you can view all inspections and manage reported defects.
  • Once the settings are saved, drivers should receive their welcome emails within 15 minutes!
