FAQ

Questions?

How much does it cost?

Billing is based on the number of active trucks managed each month. There are no per-driver charges, no charges for out-of-service vehicles, and no add-on charges for any feature or 24/7 service offering. This makes S.A.F.E. one of the least expensive offerings in the industry!

Discounts may be available for large fleets or carriers with a participating insurance program. There is also a one-time onboarding fee, based on fleet size.

How do you contact drivers?

Email:

  • Event-driven coachings or remedial training notifications.
  • Reminders for expiring compliance documents such as Commercial Driver’s License or Medical Card.
  • Video message explaining the details of a recent event or incident showing the driver on screen the issue observed.

Phone Call:

  • After an accident to check on the driver, obtain a statement, or collect other time-sensitive information.
  • In the event of a realtime drowsy or other critical behavior alert from a dash camera.
  • As directed in collaboration with fleet management for other issues or coaching opportunities.
