Your Safety Program. Managed by a Team That Knows What Your Contract Actually Requires.
Your FedEx agreement has safety obligations that directly impact your contractual standing and your ability to grow. Camera KI scoring, ELD compliance, driver training, roadside violations, incident documentation — these aren't independent checklists. They feed your Safety Results Summary, and your SRS determines how your operation is viewed in the network.
Linehaul Central manages all of it — for both linehaul and P&D contractors — daily, across your entire fleet, so you can focus on running your operation.
The Motive ELD Mandate — August 2026
FedEx is requiring Motive as the sole approved ELD provider. Trimble and Omnitracs are being sunset.
S.A.F.E. was an early Motive integration partner in the contracted network. Our integration replicates full log histories — every status entry, code change, violation, certification timestamp, form-and-manner field, exemption, and odometer reading. That depth is what separates log-level management from summary dashboards.
What We Manage
Camera Events & KI Scores
A fail in any single KI category fails your operation overall. One driver with a recurring problem in one category can fail your entire fleet's scoring. We review every triggered event, validate against independent speed limit data, and submit disputes directly to your camera vendor with documented justification. We're selective — and our success rate on disputed events exceeds 90%. Every dismissed event directly reduces your KI score.
How camera validation worksELD & HOS Management
This isn't monitoring — it's active management. We review logs at the individual entry level, submit corrections and log edits to drivers, assign and clear unidentified driving events, and coach on the specific form-and-manner errors that account for 84% of the HOS violations we find. Your HOS Summary Indicator won't flag most of these. A roadside inspector will.
How ELD compliance worksDriver Coaching & Escalation
Validated camera and ELD events trigger coaching through a single daily digest per driver. Patterns trigger targeted training. Continued issues escalate to management notification. Every interaction documented and timestamped — the evidence trail that supports the personnel decisions your operation may need to make.
How coaching worksQualified Driver Safety Training
Your contract requires driver safety training through an approved vendor. We're an approved vendor for the FedEx Qualified Driver Safety Training Program — and the only one where training connects to the same system managing your camera events, ELD compliance, and coaching. 160+ FMCSR-mapped courses. Behavior-triggered. Automatically assigned. Documented for your indemnification qualification.
Training program detailsDriver Qualification & Compliance Monitoring
Documents are collected for initial driver qualification — CDL, medical card, application, Clearinghouse — but maintaining them is on you. Automated alerts at 60, 30, and 10 days before expiration. The Compliance Watchlist flags drivers and vehicles before an expired document leads to an unexpected disqualification.
How compliance tracking worksAccident & Incident Response
Accidents, disconnects, pull-offs — when something happens, the investigation starts immediately. 24/7/365. Evidence preservation, witness documentation, curative training, letters of assurance, file assembly, and carrier delivery. Incident classification matters for your SRS, and a thorough investigation file is what determines whether a classification holds or gets reconsidered. Available as a managed service component of S.A.F.E. Pro.
